tour our facilities. While we walk through the grounds, the Big House, the Log Cabin,
and our brand new Pavilion, we will talk about your wedding fantasy. All brides
(and grooms, too) have an idea how their dream wedding might happen.
We help make wedding fantasies a reality!!

Our Basic Package for Indoor Weddings is for up to 50 people and is designed especially for out-of-season small weddings. It includes use of the main house, white folding wedding chairs & a Wedding director. Our Basic Package for Outdoor Weddings is for up to 100 people. It also includes The use of our white folding chairs, lace draped guest register, Gift table with linens, large white bows on the entrance fence at the highway, and an outdoor Water Station for guests. Additional items may be purchased from our Wedding Extras list.
Our Deluxe Wedding Package has all the amenities you want. In addition to the items included in our Basic Package, it includes USE OF OUR HORSE-DRAWN CARRIAGE! (weather permitting), use of our elegant marble top Unity Candle or Sand Pouring Table, hurricane globes & candles for Unity Candle, Memory tables with linens, small table & basket for Bulletins, small table & basket for Bubbles, 100 decorated bottles of bubbles, large white bows on entrance lanterns, large white bows and/or tulle on banisters, reserved seat markers, use of our ferns & fern stands, use of our stereo system w/wedding ceremony music, minister's microphone, and keyboard! **All packages include Sales Tax, setup, necessary support staff and cleanup. COME AND ENJOY YOUR WEDDING - LET US HANDLE THE DETAILS FOR YOU!!
RECEPTION PACKAGES The Basic Indoor Reception Package includes use of the Log Cabin for the Reception. It is a Standup Reception for up to 50 people and includes food from our Bronze Menu. The Bronze Package for Outdoor Weddings on the Pavilion includes the use of the Pavilion. It is a Seated Reception for up to 100 people and includes a cake table with white damask cloth, guest tables & chairs with standard linens, Punch bowl, Serving dishes, plastic cake plates, plastic forks, plastic cups, basket with white tea napkins and food from our Bronze Menu. Additional items may be purchased from our list of Extras. The Silver Package for Outdoor Weddings includes use of the Pavilion. In addition to the items included in the Bronze Package, the Silver package also includes Glass Buffet Plates, colored napkins & food choices from our Silver Menu. Additional items may be purchased from our list of Extras. The Gold Package for Outdoor Weddings includes use of the Pavilion. In addition to items included in the Silver Package, the Gold Package also includes a Memory Table with Damask cloth, the use of our large Chafing dishes, Lanterns and Silk Flower decorations for the Guest and Food Tables, Flowers & Bows at the Pavilion Entrance, use of our silver Cake Knife & Server, Toasting goblets, and Easel for Bridal Portrait. Food items are chosen from our Gold Menu. Additional items may be purchased from our list of Extras.
OUR PLATINUM DELUXE PACKAGE HAS IT ALL!! In addition to all the amenities included in the other packages, the Platinum Deluxe Package also includes Damask Linens on our large round Guest Tables, any extra special tables for favors, etc. with linens, use of our stereo equipment with microphone, use of our projection equipment, use of our colorful table accent runners or placemats, YOUR CHOICE OF OUR SIGNATURE DECORATED STRAWBERRY TREE OR MELON BASKET displayed on our large Square Silver Cake Riser accompanied by a large bowl of Fruit Chunks & Strawberry Dip, your choice of one bottle of champagne or sparkling grape juice to toast with and more specialty food items chosen from our Platinum Deluxe Menu!!
** Other amenities are available with this package. *Bring your photographer and take your portrait at the Hill House. You can have your portrait made any time you choose during the year. Peak flower time is usually within a week either way of Easter. Call for an appointment. *Contact information for florists, cake decorators, photographers, DJ's, minister or officiate for your wedding. Help with planning when needed. ** All Reception Packages include Sales Tax, setup, appropriate serving staff, and cleanup. COME AND ENJOY YOUR EVENT - LET US HANDLE THE DETAILS!!

Bridal Luncheons and Rehearsal Parties |

The Hill House can host your Bridal Luncheon in either the Log Cabin or the Big House. For luncheons we provide a choice of menu items with an emphasis on light fair that ladies enjoy. In a planning session with our staff, you may choose the menu of your choice and receive an estimate of the cost per plate. All the special details that make your luncheon memorable can be provided.
Many different types of Rehearsal dinners or parties take place at the Hill House. From outdoor barbecue to sophisticated dinner, we will be happy to serve you. Menu choices are available upon request. |

Some brides choose to get married in the church or in another location. The Hill House can still be the scene of a beautiful reception. The newly married couple can arrive in our horse drawn carriage – either to the dynamic music of “Tara’s Theme” from the movie Gone With The Wind or a selection of their choice. You are invited to visit The Hill House. We enjoy meeting new friends and sharing ideas with perspective couples as they plan their future lives together. We would be happy to work with you to make your special event - your wedding, your class reunion, your family gathering or any other special occasion - the very best it can be!! At the end of the day, we are often blessed with beautiful sunsets. A PERFECT END TO A PERFECT DAY!!
